These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Tooncaron ("Tooncaron", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

Any content you create within the Service (chat, profile pictures, etc.) must not violate any laws or third-party rights. Tooncaron reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities.

4. VIRTUAL GOODS AND PAYMENTS
Purchases: The Service may include virtual currency or items ("Virtual Goods"). These are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value.
Refunds: Except as required by applicable law (e.g., local consumer protection laws), all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Pricing: Tooncaron reserves the right to change the pricing of Virtual Goods at any time.

5. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Tooncaron may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, including for breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling our games.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOONCARON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Korea (e.g., Seoul Central District Court).
